system, certified by AENOR since the year 2000, in accordance with the ISO
9001:2000 standard for translation services (Company Certificate
number 0591/2/00), is based on three
fundamental elements: Quality Manual,
Quality Policy and Management Procedures and Regulations. |

Our chosen model is the UNE
- EN - ISO 9001:2000 standard. This model requires the monitoring
of a number of documented procedures in our operations,
which are audited on a systematic basis by an independent
company. The procedures that we follow are:

- Handling of originals and translations
- Control of translation process
- Quality control of translations
- Staff qualifications
